Tenebris Anima

I lurk in deepest shadows,
where my soul fades to black.
I am wandering this valley of sorrow,
unseen, unheard, lifeless and pale.

(Oh!) The cruel hands of time
have forsaken me,
and all I’ve become is ashes and dirt;
a grim reflection.
